KANA, EPNY, VIGN, BVSN, SEBL, ORCL, although none of those stocks have had a good quarter,

Siebel's stock increased 36% in the most recent quarter. Not good?

all down over 30% since July except ... SEBL which is up about 30%.

Siebel's stock closed up 41.38% higher than its price at the end of July, not "about 30%."

With such obvious factual errors, I'd seriously question the validity of Matt Gould's opinions.
