Dave, I was looking at the quarterly numbers, whose increase is more dramatic. But if Duke of URL is correct about how this works, this is less of a concern.

However, I would still maintain that MSFT has the market power to write its contracts to require whatever upgrade commitments that it needs to make the numbers each quarter, so my argument that the unearned revenue numbers are suspect is still valid, if a little weaker.
