You have been notified. Charles Tutt (TM) --- Just to avoid confusion, 'Charles Tutt (TM)' stands for Charles Tutt (The Man). That's different than "Charles Tutt" the brand which is fully licensable on a negotiated per use basis. --- It's one thing to impersonate Charles Tutt. It's something altogether 'make your life a living hell' different if you dilute our brand, yet alone skirt licensing. --- Continued unlicensed use of "Charles Tutt" is in violation of U.S. Code, Title 17 sec. 506. ...and fully prosecutable as interstate wire fraud (by my U.S. Attorney cousin). -JCJ
