Yup. These and more are telegraphing their willingness to go to the next level of value.

It is so often at times like this that we will turn from the abyss. No matter, the damage that's been done "has a memory" that will come into play the next time we do down.

I'm thinking up soon as per previous posts, but am also prepared to take some risk for the reward that down is so boldly trumpeting.
