Many seem to be down about the tech market. Take last Thursday. My thinking during and immediate after the market was the bias had turned. Then, Apple later Thursday, followed by Xerox Friday. Monday showed isolated areas of tech strength. My models still show a modest rise, soon, if no other nightmares occur. WRM1
