Ole Joe Granville always said- When the majority (read Joe 6 pack) figures out it's a bear market, it is in the 3rd and final stage. We aren't seeing that yet, so the 3rd stage must still be ahead. This is the 2nd stage, IMO, of the tech bear. At some point this month (maybe this week) we probably begin the final counter trend rally. That rally should be sold, as the final wipe out stage will be next up. We should start making wish lists then for the next bull market, which could last well over a year, since the next 4-year cycle low isn't due til 2002. Looks like Rosh Hashanah participants only left open sell orders for their brokers to execute while they're away. <g>
