The Nasdaq may be starting to form a falling wedge in the 60-min. chart. As far as I know, this is the first appearance of one in a major index in this bear market, and is typically how bear markets end: sellers run out of steam. We could (and probably will) drift lower for a while - the apex is quite a ways away - but the Nasdaq appears to be trying to put in a bottom here. It won't take off like the good old days if it is completed; a good model is AMZN's slow grind after breaking out of a falling wedge.
