I'm confused.... wasn't he the guy who was on the run, who couldn't be located by SEC or FBI or whoever was looking for him? Don't follow the story closely, so don't intend to imply "guilt", lack of ethics, or even lack of wisdom by mentioning SEC and FBI. Maybe it was his great aunt that was looking for him, but wasn't he the guy who couldn't be located????
