once again thanx for the info edwin. if a 6% load doesnt scare investors away it sounds advantagous to dip into the non-public subs. maybe the funds from the fund will aid TMO in funding ventures within these co's. anyway, FYI: d. schulman of salomon bros. removed HWP from their reccommended list and replaced it with TMO citing "increased environmental spending from the reauthorization of the clean air and water acts next yr". one more thing. BS insiders have been buying their stock heavily at 9ish. im looking for a turnaround in the steel ind as well as the paper. may wanna add BS to your watch list. rodnius
