neutral by fed =s big time rally. Will it stick is the question? Abby Cohen + Greenspan(assuming neutral surprise) would be a huge boost and if what i am hearing is correct, the economy needs it. If he doesnt do it, it is because he might feel it is too political(pro-Gore) a move in an election year.
