ARBA lost a huge contract yesterday. This analyst saw how ARBA was tanking and of course (in my opinion) he is short cmrc. What does he do? He shorts more CMRC, puts out a downgrade when he already has a hold on it. Sad part is, this almost always works in a market that is built on fear. CMRC may very well go down further but I have it long term and these little games don't bother me. dawg
