Paul,

When the DOW was up 140 points my short-term technicals gave an OVERBOUGHT reading for the DOW and OEX. The NAZ/NDX are still in the OVERSOLD REGION.

If the overall market was to continue up I would get CLASS 1 SELL signals in 2-3 days for the DOW and OEX, and the NAZ/NDX would probably be somewhere in the midrange.
