Unfortunately, what I've noticed in the past with WIND and other stocks is that just when people are getting anxious about WHEN the inevitable breakout will occur, it doesn't. It's only when people are shaken to the core (and NOBODY is talking about breakouts) that we seem to rally. Funny isn't it? Wind has great momentum right now and no signs of letting up, so I'm content to watch and wait. However, I wouldn't be surprised to see an unexpected selloff in WIND (followed of course by moaning and groaning here and other places) prior to breaking out to new all time highs. Remember, all we can expect from WIND is to double every two years <gg>
