The broadband DSL services company said it has reached its goal of 200,000 subscriber lines installed. According to a company statement, the line count is 30 percent above analysts estimates. Analysts surveyed by First Call expect a loss of 1.19 per share to be reported on Oct. 17. Covad shares are down 36 cents, or 3.1 percent, to $11.63.
