Oak Park, IL, where Hemingway was born and where Frank Lloyd Wright once lived. I've visited St. Louis and I can observe that St. Louis has the most awful humidity in the summer of anywhere I've ever been. In fact I have a good friend who is in graduate school at Washington U. studying the history of economics.
