How do you suggest GW handle the healthcare delivery issue?

Fear and dislike of a politician will influences voter turn out more than a solid tax cut proposal, rebuilding the military, the abortion issue, or education. Healthcare directly involves everyone and millions are displeased and frightened by Medicare and bad-faith dealings by HMOs.

Remember 1) the abortion issue is decided right now -- few minds are open to change, 2) the dismal status of the armed forces can be denied by Gore and corroborated by the media, 3) education is open to charges and denials and is really is a toss up, 4) GW seems to lead with those who strongly favoring a tax cut -- but that seems to be less popular than Bush thought; I don't know why. Gore will counter with his stale richest few babble and the masses will cheer.

The winner of the healthcare issue in tonight's debate, IMO, will carry the election. Healthcare is the one area where minds seem open to change.
