A contract w/ J-Phone indicates to me that QCOM has goven NOK terms that will be acceptable to QCOM and that NOK has accepted them. But, evidentally, if NOK has not already signed, time must pass and events occur, before official signings will take place or be announced. Certain face saveing events must take place so all will look like big winners and can so claim. JMHO JohnG
