The charge you see on your card for NASDAQ Level II ($50) was for September. During the next billing run, all users will be charged $10. $40 has been refunded to all Quote.com accounts that were over-charged for NASDAQ Level II in September. Please note that this refund will carry over into your next month's billing, and not be seen directly as a refund to your credit card. ~Jay
