<<SUNW P/E of approx 100 is low compared to EMC at 171 and CSCO at 150+>>

Hi Sonki. I don't follow specific P/E's closely, but your comment is even more reason not to own EMC or Cisco now either ... I am talking about the whole market being impacted with the high P/E stocks being impacted more than others.

When I started buying Sun in May, 1997 ... the P/E was about 17, if I remember correctly ... a major consideration in my mind was that it seemed so undervalued ... I am very pleased to feel that my judgment was on target then ... as for now, only time will tell.

Perhaps the larger danger to long term investors, in my mind, is not that some will sell at these levels, but that many investors will hold on, and only finally sell when prices are close to the bottom - fearful of even further declines.

Disclaimer: The above is my personal opinion. I recommend that you do not base your investment decisions solely on any one person's views or analysis (including mine). Do your own research and take personal responsibility for your investment decisions.
