Ted. They all bypass the net by offering the most popular content (stock quotes, horoscopes, driving directions, etc.) through an 800 number (with audio ads while you are waiting for your info.) Please bite your tongue. You mean to tell me that there are companies out there that serve you up commercials while you are waiting on the phone to get a stock quote...and that is their business model????? Since when did crappy customer service become a business model? I'm not getting on you about this but there has to be something more than that right? KB ps. and please be careful about this kind of post. Something as mundane as a comment may end up being a billion dollar ATHM shot to the chin.
