The fact that the rally failed today is VERY BEARISH in my judgement. With the market oversold by many measures its inability to mount a decent rally raises the POSSIBILITY of a crash in the weeks ahead. Most folks probably do not know this, but the 1987 crash occurred when the market was ALREADY heavily oversold by most technical measures.
