Dave DDR-I and DDR-II theoretical bandwidths are much higher than their actual sustainable bandwidths because of its inherent inefficiency in handling concurrent requests. RDRAM's actual sustainable bandwidth is about 90% efficient leading to a much higher sustainable bandwidth for all practical purposes. What Scumbria was saying is lacking so much specificity as to be for practical purposes meaningless. This is true of most of his posts. By the way, do project managers actually design anything? I thought they were supposed to manage. <G>
