Hmm... My reading of that article is that EYE is a buy. Simply put, all the article states is that the technology is constantly improving both in regard to its capabilities and in regard to the trust that potential customer/patients have in it. In the not too distant future, early adopters will become early majority, then late majority and so forth. Any specific doubts that people have today regarding risks will tend to decrease with time. In the not too distant past, contact lenses were an "unproven" technology, but now they are commonplace. In any case, the article contains no new information, so it hardly seems likely to have affected the recent stock price.
