While it is the policy of Sandisk not to give details of royalty agreements, they might be willing to answer the question as to whether or not royalties are in fact involved in the cross licensing agreeements, without giving the specifics. This might be a good question for the conference call in a few weeks.

And regardless of the answer, it will give us all food for joyous speculation for months and months to come. :-)

P.S. What is a Cooter. Is it like a Hooter?
