Jack: Maybe you misunderstood me. I am using WFWG 3.11. Its my father who has Windows95. He never used a computer before and when he bought one about 6 months ago He had to buy the latest of everything even though I tried to get him to start out slow.He got this program on CD and everytime he went to download the latest chart he received an error message that he had performed an illegal function.H e had the disk exchanged and still the same problem. He called Robotics because that particular model modem with 33K is not listed in Windows95 according to him.Kind of hard to help when he is 1500 miles away and he wont get an Internet connection right now for some reason. I am going to try the WordenTC 2000 for the trial period and see if its any help. Charles
