I don't follow MKSI. Their balance sheet does not look nearly as good as ASTX. I think they are taking advantage of the drubbing ASTX took, and I am not sure why ASTX management accepted .766. MKSI has a book value of about $6, while ASTX has almost no debt, $11 book and $6 cash per share.
