Pathmark does not equal Grand Union. Pathmark stores themselves are PROFITABLE and have been profitable all through this ordeal. The problem was that the profits were not nearly enough to pay off the huge debt load. This reorganization retired the debt therefore the company should run in the BLACK & GROW.
