I'd like to bring up another point. When is KLIC going to do something with that $6 per share cash they have? Right now, at this point in time, I really feel the best use for it is in a stock buyback. They surely do not need this money for ongoing daily operations. Has anyone spoke to the company about this?

As a side note, I have never in my experience found a healthy niche company holding significant cash to remain independent for long. PAIR sat on its cash hoard and got bought. VLSI actually traded at cash on hand in 1998 and soon got a hostile bid from Philips right at the beginning of this up cycle in semis. Funny that the VLSI CFO told me "not a time to play hero with our cash" in regards to a buyback. Fast forward 2 months and our would be hero looked like a zero. I'll profit well if KLIC falls into a similar trap. But I'd rather not lose KLIC as cheap as I did VLSI.

Meanwhile, you can bet that stellar balance sheet and cash hoard is attracting attention. We see it. Who else does?
