I believe if they hold out until the end of the year, they can infuse more foreign money, per the FCC regulations. I think their current installations are more for testing. I see help wanted ads for RF engineers and not construction managers. LCCI is doing some of their engineering, but SURF had to go on the payment plan already. Just some tidbits I read in the technical periodicals.
