I have a good sense of humor and reading your posting helps lower my blood pressure from laughing. Yep I'm a helpless old fart, built a barn with no help at all. Got out of bed with no help today. Good help is hard to find. Bought that New Grand Limited with no help last week. Not even a loan. Same with my house, not even a loan. I ain't as fragile as you may guess.
