Interesting press releases from STF and BEA, if I understand them. Both releases indicate cross purchases by each of STF and BEA in each other. However, I think STF bought more of the BEA offering in terms of value because although the percentage interest acquired was close there is a difference in the offering price. Am I missing something?

Presumably the closing of the private placement means drilling results are not too far behind.
