You need to make restitution for fraud that cost people money. There needs to be disclosure about shares, or cash, or other consideration you received for pumping worthless companies. There needs to be disclosure about attacks you have made on solid companies and on their proponents.

You've got to be kidding about getting a pass for fraud because the father of a friend has a recent AD diagnosis! Horsefeathers! You cheated, you lied. You stole from people who would respond to a human being with AD. In fact, you've used a similar ploy before, under the Courtney alias.
