i regret to say that symantec products are going downhill fast. been a user of various norton components for 3+ years. i've always been a great supporter and believer in symantec. but with nsw2000, problems began to increase and support has deteriorated miserably. now, faced with an unopened carton of nsw2001 here in my office, for the first time in 3 years i'm thinking i'm finally tired of the increasing aggravation. i should return it for a refund and not even hassle with it. if any of you folks want horror stories, peruse the symantec tech support message boards. sure, that's where people post their probs, but now it's commonplace to see replies from the support personnel saying, "hey, we don't know what to do about that, we're working on it". and the fixes just aren't happening. #reply-14507996 just wanted i'd share those thoughts with the thread.
