Regarding the recent news release from NBIX concerning APL (with MBP) therapy for MS - there are actually two papers in Nature Medicine this week on the topic. They report 'seemingly contradictory results' and 'raise important issues concerning the efficacy and safety of this type of approach in humans' (both quotes from the 'News and Views' section of same volume, p. 1098). I'll report back on these studies.
