It may make sense to put multiple versions of one program on one CD - but it isn't happening now for Mac/x86 apps.

It may not happen with Rhapsody as well because

1) Shipping would only happen when the last port is ready for shipping, possibly delaying getting product on the shelves

2) A company may not want to provide both versions to a single user, as it may encourage multiple installs (and a loss of revenue)

3) Any bugs that may require a new CD to be shipped to registered users, would have to be sent to more users han may be necessary (if the bug exists on one platform only)

(there may be other reasons that multiple ports of software are not released on one CD but these are what comes to mind).
