RE-MXTR pays 1.52 for each HDD share in MXTR/HDD merger. I don't see why the exchange ratio is not close to 1 instead of 1.52. Over the last year, HDD/MXTR traded at a price ratio of close to 1. Regards, Larry Disclaimer--I hold a position in MXTR, so I'm biased. But I also feel like I'm getting shafted.
