Hi ad - don't be sorry, I appreciate your voice of your concerns, many of which are readily aceptable to me, and probably others.

In a way, kudos for mgt to cut bait on Prism. This is macro condition impacting the likes of COVD. Maybe we were to blind to accept that.

CDO core of DR and continuous services is pretty profitable business. Look at one of her few competitors like SDS. If we are to believe she can churn out $3B cash flow, it is a reasonable #.

Agree about debt and PR

Meet you 1/2 way in mgt. She should broaden the mgt rank. A whole sale change in the face of setback can be unsettling. Also, changing faces is not as important as recruiting top notch people

My real beef though is that the stock has telegraphed the news when it breached 21. Unfortunately, I bought it on fundamentals and I have been neligent in keeping a watchful eye of the technical picture. Obviously, PRISM demise was known to some people who chose to exit below support. Ergo, outsiders like us are treated like mushroom [you know, keep us in the dark and feed us sh*t!] In that respect, I agree your assessment about mgt, not about incompetence, but about trustworthiness.

I am contemplating taking 1/2 of my loss here.

best, Bosco
