An alternate (conspiracy) theory on Cadus. Step One: Icahn pushes the stock down to ridiculous levels (it's, of course, there now). Step Two: Icahn then shows he's a "nice" guy by offering to buy the company at a small premium to the discounted stock price (giving him an incredible bargain). Is Icahn that devious? Any comments?
