Logisoft to Launch Fellowes Global Websites for the UK, Germany, France
and The Benelux Countries

ROCHESTER, N.Y., Oct. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Logisoft, (OTC Bulletin Board: LGST - news), today announced a significant agreement to create global websites for Fellowes
subsidiaries in the UK, Germany, France, and the Benelux countries. Additional countries will be added after a successful launch by January 2001. Logisoft is an Internet
globalization company; Itasca, Ill.-based Fellowes is a global leader in home and office organizational solutions with more than $600 million in worldwide sales.

One feature of the sites will enable Fellowes distributors to go directly to the Fellowes website and select products that meet country-specific customer needs. These personalized
catalogs can then be viewed from the website or printed out in French, German, Dutch or English. Logisoft also plans to develop website applications for wireless devices so
distributors and customers will have immediate mobile access to their favorite Fellowes products as well as new product announcements. This is particularly important in Europe
where the popularity of wireless is expected to result in more than $5.8 billion in spending on mobile devices by 2005.

CEO James Fellowes said empowering their subsidiaries and distributors throughout the world is an important part of the company's business strategy. ``We want to make sure
Fellowes provides smart, efficient tools that will help our distribution channel reach and retain our valued customers in all the countries we serve,'' he said.

``Customer satisfaction is about personalization and making sure people receive the information how they want it and when they want it,'' said Dave Wilkerson, Logisoft CEO.
``This is particularly important for global companies who are reaching customers with different product preferences and language and cultural requirements. Fellowes has a
reputation for taking its global markets very seriously and this agreement reflects their commitment.''
