Ditto, Terence. Performing illegal operation (page fault) and crashing when I try to add new security, either to one of your groups or to a new file/group I create myself. I'm running Win 95 on a Cyrix P166, and executed your regsvr32 fix earlier -- no problems there. I've not run into this as a recurring problem on any other program. Eager to get up and running -- looks like a slick substitute until DATEK get their quotes streaming... Joel
