Sheldon, We kind of figured that's how we would work together... So now we need to find out how big the base of jotter users is...how ESAF plans to get them to download our plug in...what websites are looking at this...what the beta software is....when the production software will be ready...and most importantly...how much financing are they getting and on WHAT TERMS??!!! I guess this is going to take months to know...hope I am wrong on this one... Regards, Bob
