Hi Richard,

Your right. This has been one fickle stock and, I'd say, almost jinxed. I have done better betting at the bottoms than on the tops in hopes for a breakout. One good thing is that WIND's 50 day moving average is crossing the 200 day MA and I think that is a bullish indicator by Tech. Analysis standards. However, it will take something really fantastic to burn through the pessimism that is covering the stock market right now. Usually, WIND's doldrums have lasted only a few days to weeks, so I expect some change soon, unless the stock market really takes to a swoon.

I don't hear enough moaning and groaning yet.
