Is anyone aware that NORRF was recommended by Gary Grobbel and put on his HOT list recently. Grobbel is supposedly THE Micro Cap Stock Guru on Prodigy. I know someone who has been following him for sometime, and reports that he has been extremely profitable in his piks. This might explain the volume and rise in price a few days back.
