Mike, welcome to our modest abode. The release was worded "cryptically", they did not say "batteries" they said "cells". They did not mention the size of the cells either, so this observer is left in the dark. Knowing the automotive industry, they nickel and dime you on every turn. But the important thing is that the "one" positions itself as a supplier in a mass market (preferrably few such markets). I don't expect this order (nor the prior orders) to get the one to the safe shores of positive cash flow. Thus a breach of about $15 in a bad market could still be followed by a major downturn in the stock price. Right now, I only expect a DCB, if we take $18.5 out, then we may once more have a real rally. The odds, IMTO, are not too high. For me, a run to the $17.5 to $18.5 area would be quite "satisfactory".
