Liberal Dan, WOuld you say that Americans have more or less respect for the office of the Presidency now or in 1992? Actually, the degradation of the off probably started with Kennedy...continued with Johnson...peaked temporarily with Nixon. Got a little better with Carter even though he "lusted" <G> Reagan and Bush and the went off the cliff with Clinton who not only "lusted" but acted and presided over the most corrupt administration in history.. Now all Demos think "que sera, sera"? Was it my imagination or did Gore try to appear like Reagan last night? Jim
