Garth , re. Sid's opinion of Ballard. I concur that he has always been negative towards Ballard , the reason as he has stated before is that he is an ERC shareholder but does not think there would be sufficient interest in an ERC thread . So as a substitute it seems he is over here on the Ballard thread trying to promote ERC and downgrade Ballard , which seems very odd behaviour . Regarding profitability of Ballard , it is impossible to say at this juncture when that will occur . However as you and others have pointed out the potential is huge , maybe the most profitable business ever . Ballard certainly looks as if it has the pivotal position in the field that being the case in 8 yrs (using his wild guess) the value of Ballard's shares could be astronomical . Obviously the stock will appreciate over this time period and not suddenly overnight as it were and no doubt there would be many splits along the way . Trying to time this one is a waste of time , just buy a block and hold it in a retirement fund , regards Brian
