If you were really concerned about overvalued stocks, you have many bigger windmills to tilt at; BRCM for example.
Did you swing by their building too?

Is Your fixation with CNXT a result from some deep trauma?
Did you get your ass fired from RSS prior to the spin?
That would go a long way to explain your obvious bitterness over the possibility of anyone actually making money here.
