COOX splitting forward 100:1. Appears to be a shell with 250,000 shares outstanding. Might be overvalued here at 7 1/2 unless they have found a merger candidate. Then again some weird forward splits can do really weird things for no apparent reason. Xdate 10/10, record date 10/2, pay date 10/9, due bills redeemable 10/12
