I guess you are referring to vouchers. I think it is a great way from a system that is beyond repair in many places. If the government bureaucrat can't find the lowest quality bidder to provide kids with education, why not take the money from the bureaucrat and give it to the parent, and let the parent find a quality supplier of education? Joe, Forget the voucher program for just a moment. If our educational system is beyond repair, then we need to give it up. ted
