Still no call back from Glass (I called a second time yesterday, and he was again away from his desk). If Icahn were to try to buy the company or drive the stock price down and then buy it, wouldn't Glass have a (potential) conflict of interest, since you say he's president of Icahn Assoc. as well as KDUS? BTW, does Glass have a fiduciary duty to mopes like me to return my calls/answer my questions?
